Nikon Boutique Hotel

- all hotel employees are very kind, welcoming and always at the disposal of the customers. I received a lot of useful information about the island and the activities that can be done there. They arranged a private boat tour for us (thank you, Maria!) - the rooms are very clean. Cleaning is done daily - the hotel's location is perfect: very close to the airport (5 minutes by car); very close to Laganas and a starting point to all the attractions of the island - the hotel has free parking next to the hotel - I received a free room upgrade, with a view of the hills. Also, in the room I received from the hotel a beach bag with beach towels, a bottle of wine, a traditional dessert, daily bottles of water and at check out I received a gift set with spices, olives and olive oil. It is a very nice gesture from them, and this shows how much attention they pay to their customers - varied breakfast, especially sweets, jams, yogurt - very nice pool area A special thank you for Marelee!

Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience! From the impeccable housekeeping to the delicious inclusive breakfast and thoughtful extras like prosecco for our anniversary, wine in the room, and a special gift at checkout, everything was perfectly organized. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned with great attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to Marili, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to arrange tours, secure discounts, and offer recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. This is the best hotel in Zakynthos. We loved it. At the end of October the prices are really good and we got upgraded to a room with a private pool. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choices, cold and hot meals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, desserts, white and brown bread etc. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and nice. But the icing on the cake was the gift we got at checking out. A small bottle of olive oil, olive soap, a packet of raisins and a small bottle of ouzo. I do not believe. We have never ever had such a pleasant experience! We want to go back one day.

Beautiful hotel, not crowded and the staff and facilties were 10/10. We were staying for a belated honeymoon and the staff had decorated our room with flowers and made us feel very special. We also got a little gift when we left with was a lovely touch to end our stay. They were very friendly when we had a small problem with our shower and had it fixed within hours and were very helpful in recommending places to go.

This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Right from the initial greeting with champagne on arrival, to a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private pool. The hotel backs onto a green area, so it's so peaceful. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want and was delicious, the place is spotless and the staff are super friendly and helpful. 12 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to Kalamaki Strip. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
